 What About The Software License Key Fees? |

The software license key fee is Rs 5500/- per system. Valid for 11 months[one time fee}.

| What Are Company Credentials? |
|
The company is registered under the companies act and the payments earned by you will be paid through cheque/DD after deducting TDS on your earnings.

| What Is The Mode Of The Payments To The Client? |
|
Payments are made through DD to the client directly after checking his submitted work for the accuracy.

| When The Company Will Pay Me? |
|
Company will pay to the respective clients after processing their submitted work. The client will be paid as per his achieved accuracy levels with the given submitted work.

| When Will I Get My First Batch Work? |
|
The first batch of work/assignment will be dispatched to client after receiving the signed agreement paper and term sheet from the client. The client data will be checked with the database server for its completeness in all respects. The Work CD will be dispatched within 02 working days from the date of receipt of the papers. We are not responsible for any transit delay in the courier reception.

| How Will I Know About My Attained Accuracy? |

Within 07 days of submission of the completed work to us. The result with Accuracy will be displayed on website. The delay with the results happens with improper batch submission. In that case we advise the client to write us at support@theimperialab.com.

Yes, skills like typing speed of at least 30-50 WPM is required so that you can work faster.

| What Is The Format Of Typing And Tagging Work Process? |
|
We gives the client batch work in custom designed software . The software will be shipped to his place with First Flight courier service. This CD-R has to be installed at his local machine as per the given instruction and start the process. The necessary input files will be merged in the given software. Client has to perform the job in the given software only. The files will be shown in the encrypted format and client is advised not to tamper the given software in any case or manner. The improper submission with bad practices will leads to terminate his agreement automatically.

We have given accuracy parameters and their percentage in our Project Specification section in the Website. Accuracy is counted by deducting the percentage of your mistakes given in Error Codes section. We have verification staff that manually check your work and send you the QC reports on demand.

Yes, Skills are required like typing speed at least 30 - 50 WPM so you can work fast. Computer Knowledge of at least MS-Office, Windows and Internet Is required. Internet is required just for uploading work file which hardly takes 15 minutes

30 MB of the data will be supplied for 1 system during the contract period of the 11 months.
